High Holy Days 5781
We enter the gates, grateful
For the blessing of renewal.
Let us bless the flow of life
That revives us,
And brings us to this time.
Marcia Falk, The Days Between
Welcome to this most unusual, unique and magnificent High Holy Day Season.
We enter these gates grateful - grateful for one another, for the community we continue to build, for the opportunity to apprehend holiness,
and for the aspirations and longings we shall all express.
There will be meditation, inspiration, contemplation. There will be melody, harmony, and maybe even some cacophony - for spice.
There will be laughter, tears, and silence.
Welcome to the Days of Awe - the year 5781.
Our platform will be virtual - global pandemic and such.
But, our connection will be real, true, honest, and beautiful.
We are very much looking forward to sharing it all with you.
